Cancelling the Service

Please note:
If your account is supported by a reseller, you will need to use the contact form in Cumulus to request deactivation. The option will not be visible under your account options.

This article applies to Administrator accounts only.

Administrators can request deactivation under:
My Organization → Parameters → General

Requesting Deactivation of Your Service


Click the Create a cancellation request link near the top right of the page.


Fill in the reason for your deactivation and choose a date the deactivation should come into effect.

Be sure to choose your deactivation date carefully as without manual intervention, your account will be automatically deconfigured on this date and our filters will no longer accept traffic for your domains.
