Cancelling the Service

This article will guide you through the various steps to cancel your subscription to the Zerospam service. Those steps depend on the type of client assigned to your account. Listed below, you will find the current types of account currently available.


Direct client

Access your account options under :
My organization → Parameters → General.


Click the Create a cancellation request link at the top right corner of the page.


Fill in the reason for your deactivation and choose the date it should come into effect.


Be sure to choose your deactivation date carefully. Your account will be automatically deconfigured on this date and our filters will no longer accept traffic for your domains.


If you bought your subscription via one of our distributors,  you will need to access your distributor's platform and make a cancellation request there

Partner Client

If your account is supported by one of our partners, you will need to contact them in order to cancel your service. You may use the contact form in Cumulus to request deactivation. The deactivation option will not be visible under your Cumulus client account parameters.
